School Visits
This year I’ve been busy with school visits, both online and in person. I present assemblies, lead creative writing workshops, and challenge students to my now infamous True or False Viking Quiz (I remain undefeated, I think it’s the did Vikings wash their hair in wee question which catches everyone out!). I always get loads of compliments for my school visits, especially for engaging with students and bringing loads of energy to the classroom.
I also visit schools for World Book Bay and have been a special guest for projects on Anglo Saxon and Viking history.

Standard school visits last between 45 minutes and an hour and includes:
-
A talk about the books and the inspiration behind them
-
A Viking quiz for students
-
Readings from the books
-
15-minute question and answer session
This can be for any number of pupils; I have spoken to groups of anywhere between 5 and 500!

If you have something specific in mind, get in touch and I'll see what I can arrange.
